Delivery methods

Standard delivery of stock items by means of a carrier is 2-3 working days from receipt of the order (cash on delivery), or from payment of the order (bank transfer).

You get FREE shipping all over the Czech Republic or to Zásilkovna pick-up points for orders over CZK 1,400.

1. DPD - DELIVERY TO THE ADDRESS

We charge postage and packing for orders delivered by DPD. The shipping cost is displayed in the shopping basket: CZK 99. We deliver only in the territory of the Czech Republic by means of this carrier.

DPD will deliver your parcel on the first working day following dispatch from our warehouse. The courier will contact you on the delivery day by phone to arrange details of delivery, i. e. approximate delivery time, cash on delivery amount and any further requirements. Standard delivery of the parcels is between 8am and 6pm on working days (the exact time of delivery cannot be influenced, but it can be specified when contacting the driver).

We will send you an email about delivery by means of DPD on the delivery day.

If you miss the delivery, you will get a notification and the courier will reattempt to deliver your parcel on the following working day. If the second delivery fails, you will be informed that your parcel is deposited at the DPD sorting centre. The shipment will be stored for 10 days (cash on delivery), or 3 days (payment in advance).

2. ZÁSILKOVNA – DELIVERY TO THE ADDRESS AND PICK-UP POINTS

We charge postage and packing for orders delivered by Zásilkovna. The shipping cost is displayed in the shopping basket, i. e. CZK 89 for delivery to the address, CZK 65 for delivery to a pick-up point. We deliver only in the territory of the Czech Republic by means of this carrier.

Choose a Zásilkovna pick-up point that suits you best. As soon as we hand over your parcel for shipping, Zásilkovna will send you an email with a tracking number. Once the parcel has been delivered to your chosen pick-up point, you will be sent an SMS and an email with a password. You can pick up your parcel at any time within 7 days. There is a wide network of more than 4,600 pick-up points available in the Czech Republic. The list of pick-up points is displayed when selecting a method of delivery during shopping and on the front page of Zásilkovna HERE.

In case of frost or high summer temperatures, the option of picking up parcels in Z-boxes can be suspended due to protection of 100% quality of our highly natural products.

3. IN-STORE PICK UP IN MANUFAKTURA SHOPS

You can pick up your order in the selected shops free of charge. Shop in our online store and your order will be ready in 15 minutes. You can pick up your order within 5 days during opening hours of the shops, which is HERE.

4. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING TERMS FOR DELIVERY ABROAD

We deliver our goods also to customers from abroad, except for the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Belarus and Great Britain, where we currently DO NOT DELIVER.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver the following products abroad by means of DHL logistics company: shaving foams, eau de toilette, hand sanitizers and sprays.

In the pre-Christmas season, the usual delivery time may be extended by 2-3 days.

The postage fee depends on the amount and weight of the goods and displays on your screen as soon as you choose the country of delivery.
