DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT CONDITIONS FOR FOREIGN COUNTRIES
We ship goods also to our customers abroad, except for Great Britain, where we do not DELIVER currently.
Through DHL we cannot deliver these products abroad: shaving foam, eau de toilette and hand sanitizers.

The postage fee depends on the amount and weight of the goods and displays on your screen as soon as you choose the country of delivery.

GP webpay – delivery by DHL
After submitting the order, the customer receives the data necessary for payment by GP webpay and the delivery prices. The goods are ready for dispatch as soon as the payment is sent.
COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU

After submitting the order, the customer receives the data necessary for payment by GP webpay and the delivery prices. As soon as the payment is sent the goods are ready for dispatch and for the arrangement of customs documents indispensable for dispatch outside the EU.

DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT CONDITIONS FOR THE CZECH REPUBLIC
If the goods you have ordered are in stock, we dispatch them the second working day after the day of receipt of the order. If the delivery period is longer, you will be informed by e-mail. Free shipping (by DPD or Zásilkovna) to the Czech Republic you will get to order over 1200 CZK.
DPD LOGISTIC COMPANY
Delivery by DPD company is possible only within the Czech Republic.
DPD will deliver your consignment the next day after it is dispatched from our stock. The driver will call you on the delivery day to arrange details of the delivery: time of delivery, the price of the cash on delivery and others. The consignment is standardly delivered between 8 am and 6 pm on working days. The exact time of delivery can not be specified, but it can be adapted in agreement with the driver.
You are notified by e-mail when we give the consignment to the carrier.
If the delivery attempt fails, the driver will drop you a notice and try to catch you the following day once again. If the delivery fails again, you will be notified about deposit of the parcel in the carrier´s depot. The consignment is deposited at the depot for 10 days (cash on delivery) and for 3 days (advance payment).
PICK UP IN MANUFAKTURA BRICK-AND-MORTAR SHOPS
You can collect your order in selected brick-and-mortar shops for free. Shop in our online store and your order will be prepared for you in 15 minutes. You can collect it within 7 days during the opening hours of the shops, which is here.
