Reviews from you - our dear customers - are important feedback for us. We believe that the reviews are important also for you and help you decide whether to buy the selected products or not. Therefore, we greatly appreciate those customers who take their time to write their personal experience with our products.
Every review goes through an approval process. The aim is to share with our customers only polite reviews describing personal experience with our products. Transparency is essential to us, so we do not edit or delete negative reviews. It is perfectly fine that something does not suit or fit you. Do not be afraid to share such experience as well. However, we reserve the right to delete fake evaluations or reviews of unrelated products, rude expressions or references to other websites.
Published reviews should come only from those customers who purchased the evaluated products from us, or from the recipients who received the products as a gift from their loved ones. Unfortunately, we are currently not able to verify reviews. We are already working on changing the technical solution. Thank you for your understanding.
How to write a review and what to avoid?
- Describe your own experience with the product.
- Rate the items with stars (5 starts = the best, 1 star = the worst).
- Stick to the facts and do not provide false information.
- Do not refer to other websites.
- Avoid insults, vulgar expressions, racism, incitement to violence and others.
Do not write a review, if it deals of:
- problems with delivery of an order – i. e. damage or replacement of goods, a missing gift, etc.

2. When to write a review?
If it is a cosmetic product and you want to evaluate its effects, write a review only when you have experience with this particular product for at least a few days, ideally weeks. Sometimes the first impression is not objective.
If you evaluate accessories, teas or syrups, describe your own experience with their taste, smell or packag design.
3. Why cannot I see my review right after submitting it?
All reviews wait for approval and manual review. We actively work on it every day, but sometimes approval can take a few hours, or several days in exceptional cases.
4. Do you delete any negative reviews?
We do not delete or edit negative reviews, since they are also important for us. We respect your opinion, impressions and experiences. We only delete rude and vulgar reviews, or those that refer to other websites.
5. Can I remove my review?
Yes, you can. In this case, write to email@example.com for more information about the review (name, date and wording of the review).
