DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT CONDITIONS FOR THE CZECH REPUBLIC

If the goods you have ordered are in stock, we dispatch them the second working day after the day of receipt of the order. If the delivery period is longer, you will be informed by e-mail.

ČESKÁ POŠTA –  DIRECT DELIVERY

For the transport of the goods within the Czech Republic we always charge postage and packing. Delivery costs are showen in cart.

Česká pošta will deliver your consignment the next day after it is dispatched from our stock and send you an SMS or e-mail about taking the parcel over and delivering it. We also send you an e-mail about giving the consignment to Česká pošta.

By means of the https://www.postaonline.cz/zmenadispozice/overeni.html form you can change the time or the place of delivery on the day of dispatch and adapt the delivery to your availability and requests.

If the delivery attempt fails, Česká pošta drops a notice about your parcel into your letter box. The parcel will be deposited at the nearest post office for 7 days. If the parcel is not picked up, it is delivered back to our stock. In case of repetitive delivery, postage is charged again.

ČESKÁ POŠTA – DELIVERY TO POST OFFICE

For the transport of the goods within the Czech Republic we always charge postage and packing. Delivery costs are showen in cart.

Česká pošta will deliver your consignment the next day after it is dispatched from our stock to any of 2,700 post offices in the Czech Republic. You can select a receiving post office by entering the name of a town or its post code when placing the order. You get a list of post offices and select the one where you want your consignment to be delivered. By clicking Select, detailed information about the chosen post office displays. Press the button Confirm and the post office is saved for the order. If this service is not accessible for your post code, choose another one: direct delivery by Česká pošta or delivery by Geis logistic company.

You will receive an SMS or e-mail about the parcel movements on the day of dispatch and again when the parcel is deposited at the post office.

If the parcel is not picked up within 7 days, it is delivered back to our stock. In case of repetitive delivery, postage is charged again.

GEIS LOGISTIC COMPANY

For the transport of the goods we always charge postage and packing of 85 CZK.

Delivery by GEIS company is possible only within the Czech Republic.

Geis will deliver your consignment the next day after it is dispatched from our stock. The driver will call you on the delivery day to arrange details of the delivery: time of delivery, the price of the cash on delivery and others. The consignment is standardly delivered between 8 am and 6 pm on working days. The exact time of delivery can not be specified, but it can be adapted in agreement with the driver.

You are notified by e-mail when we give the consignment to the carrier.

If the delivery attempt fails, the driver will drop you a notice and try to catch you the following day once again. If the delivery fails again, you will be notified about deposit of the parcel in the carrier´s depot. The consignment is deposited at the depot for 10 days (cash on delivery) and for 3 days (advance payment).

PERSONAL PICKUP

The ordered goods can be picked up in person in one of the Manufaktura stores selected beforehand, in the Czech Republic, without any fee (only in the opening hours of the shop). You can pay in cash or by payment card. The order must also be placed if the goods are picked up in person. Do not pick the goods up without prior notification. You will receive an e-mail about possible times.

As soon as the goods are ready for pickup at the selected shop, you receive an e-mail notification. The goods are deposited in the shop for 4 days. If you do not pick the goods up within the three days, you can ask for prolongation of the deadline by e-mail. You can pay in cash or by payment card in the shops.

The goods can be delivered also to our customers from abroad.

Delivery period

the EU countries 7-10 days
countries outside the EU 7-14 days

 

If the customer pays via a bank transfer, the goods are dispatched after the payment is received. When placing the order, do not forget to select  the country!

Postage

The postage fee depends on the amount and weight of the goods and displays on your screen as soon as you choose the country of delivery.

After submitting the order, the customer receives the data necessary for payment by PayU and the delivery prices. The goods are ready for dispatch as soon as the payment is sent.
